We specialize in comprehensive design of industrial buildings, as well as building structures made of steel and reinforced concrete for the purposes of different kinds of utility facilities. We employ the team of architects and design engineers who are able to manage with even the most challenging tasks. We also cooperate on a long-term basis with an experienced team of subcontractors from electrical, installation and road industry. We work with the use of 3-D software, which enables us to do precise and optimized projects.

Our design office is in constant contact with scientific staff of Poznań University of Technology. Thanks to it we have the access to the latest technical solutions in the field of building design. We put these solutions successfully into practice, which can actually be traced on the example of current projects performed by us.
We develop each project in electronic form and hand it to an Investor, both in printed and electronic form. We print the projects on our own plotters, which significantly shortens the delivery time of the documentation to an investor. Static calculations are done with the use of programs: ROBOT Structural Analysis (Autodesk) RM-WIN, RM-WIN 3D (CadSis), ABC – Płyta, Tarcza, Rama (PRO-SOFT). Architectural and structural drawings are made with the use of programs from Autodesk family (AutoCAD, Revit, Structural Detailing) and Bentley ProSteel 3D, in case of steel structures.
Design Studio of Building Structures was founded in 1994 as a specialized design studio dealing with the development of building, execution and workshop documentation for building structures. Since 2002 we have started to focus on the development of comprehensive building and execution projects, mainly for industrial buildings, halls and warehouses. Our design office is located in Poznań.
We employ the team of more than 20 architects and design engineers that coordinates projects, along with specialists from electrical, sanitary, installation and road industry, who cooperate with us. We are the authors of comprehensive projects done, among others, for paper mill Mondi Świecie S.A. and Stora Enso Poland S.A., mineral wool factories Rockwool Polska Sp. z o. o. and Paroc Polska Sp. z o. o., glass factories BA Glass in Jedlice and Sieraków, wood-processing plant Kronospan Szczecinek Sp. z o. o.
As far as possible, we also use our strengths to contribute to the education of future engineers, enabling the students from Poland and from abroad to serve their apprenticeships, as part of IAESTE program, in our design office in Poznań.
